Complete forms and send to the school in an envelope labeled PHS PTO. Checks should be made payable to PHS PTO.
You may also pay via PayPal at Poquosonhspto@gmail.com and choose “Be paid as friend or family” to avoid fees. Be certain to annotate student and what the money is for (ex. Membership, Bundlet fundraiser etc.) Thank you for your support!
AFTERPROM OPEN POSITIONS
After Prom Co-Chair – Assists Chair with all after-prom activities. They coordinate the work of ALL committees ensuring that activities are accomplished on-time and within budget.
Bingo Committee – Activities include setup and clean-up of bingo area, recruiting bingo volunteers (work tables, take tickets, hand out bingo cards and call bingo), and running bingo at after-prom.
Bag Check Committee – Recruits bag check volunteers, obtain bags to hold students winnings and setup/cleanup of bag check area.
Decorating Committee – Sets AfterProm theme and produces theme-relevant decorations for all common areas. Plans, buys supplies and makes all decorations for the common areas. Reusable props and decorations are stored in the AfterProm Closet.
Un-Decorating Committee – Responsible for getting volunteers and taking down decorations on Sunday and storing them. The more volunteers, the faster it goes.
Entertainment Committee – Responsible for scheduling and coordinating the end of the night activity.
Check-In Committee – Responsible for selling AfterProm tickets prior to the event, checking in students the night of After Prom and finding volunteers to assist at front door.
Parent Wall Committee – Responsible for hanging the parent wall two weeks before the event. The parent wall is a list of parent’s names who have donated to the After Prom event.
Senior Wall Committee – Responsible for coordinating with front office for senior pictures/designing and decorating the senior hall for AfterProm.
