    I. Sandbag Squat (Dumbbell Squat): 15 reps

    II. Sandbag Deadlift: 15 reps

    III. Dumbbell Clean and Press: 15 reps

    IV. Dumbbell Swing:15 reps

    V. Pullups: Till exhaustion (minimum of 3)

    VI. Side Bridge Holds: 30 seconds per side
