    THE PEAK FITNESS WORKOUT: 

    2-3 sets of each exercise:

    1) barbell overhead lunge (20reps)

    2) barbell squat and one-arm press (10 reps each side)

    3) pushup and row combination (10-20 reps)

    4) inverted row (as many as you can)

    5) dumbbell curl with static hold (10 reps each arm)

    6) pushups (15)

    7) hyperextensions/ variation with dumbbell scarecrow twist (10-15)
