Poquoson City Public Schools is pleased to be able to offer a wide array of courses to students in our schools. Our course offerings are enhanced by our participation with Virtual Virginia (VVa). As a program of the Virginia Department of Education, VVa offers online Advanced Placement (AP®), world language, core academic, and elective courses to students across the Commonwealth and nation. Virtual Virginia is committed to providing high-quality, rigorous course content with the flexibility to meet schools’ and students’ varied schedules. Students who are enrolled in VVA courses may access their course assignments and instruction 24/7. PCPS assigns teachers to facilitate a student's VVa experience. Computer access is provided for all VVa students. VVa gives students and parents access to see curriculum, assignments and grades through their online system. Students are expected to login each day and interact with their online teacher. Please use the link below to access the VVa website and courses.
