School Board

The Poquoson City Public Schools is governed by a city-appointed School Board representing each voting precinct in the city.  The 7 board members must reside in the City of Poquoson and meet criteria for serving on the board as set by Virginia law.    Board members are appointed for a for three year term.   The Poquoson City Public Schools' School Board additionally includes a student representative.  

Board meetings are held on the third Tuesday of every month at 6:00 PM unless otherwise published.
