PES Students Explore Conductivity

Conductivity

Students from across grade levels are getting to experiment with electrical conductivity while having fun during Tinker Tuesday, Poquoson Elementary School’s maker space time.  Students used the basic concepts of electrical conduction with a device called a Makey Makey to transform bananas, oranges, graphite, play dough, and copper tape into a space bar, enter key and arrow keys for Chromebooks.  The students had fun learning that even people are conductive.
